Lets not stop there, what about his other auction? He's throwing in a chromed Finger Wheel dial with that one! Just a bunch of parts really, that's why he is flogging them two at a time.

Shall we do two seperate auction contests?? Double the chances of being the winner!

It will be tough finding the blue handset---1100.67

And the green receiver cap though the green piece for the cap is a small piece, the rest of it is standard to any type 38 handset.

I'm in on these two at $975.50   The jade is a complete phone minus the earpiece and chrome ring, it has the induction coil receiver.  Wonder ::) how much Ray would charge to make the earpiece?   stub

So it is probably really an AE 11A Stub?

About a month ago, I was called by the seller to determine what these should be worth. I have to say that the Jade Green 1A (sorry, I will always call it a 1A) is worth about $1800+. These sets with a matching cradle are EXTREMELY rare, and this one appears to be in excellent condition. Of course, the receiver cap is missing, but I can cast one of those to match perfectly; no worries.

As for the blue AE40 body, it's value would be SO subjective, determinate on how dis-figured/shrunken it is.

For this auction "value", I would say $2,600, but it is really a gamble-guess! I've learned that even though I "know" what they are worth, that means nothing whatsoever on eBay! ;-)
