Ringer problems

The ringer on my 1959 Light gray set had its black ringer wire cut and only has slate,slate red and red left can I make it work?

Do you have a soldering iron?  If you do, you can solder a short piece of wire on to replace the cut one.  If I'm not mistaken, black and red should be the critical ones, and you'd need both of them.

No I don't. I guess I could replace the ringer on it until I get a soldering iron.
