Merry Christmas all. My daughter found these for today's activities.

Pretty cool.  Do you know how old?  I'd have guessed 1950's but handset...  Still used in 1940's?

I'll ask my daughter where she got it. The dial looks British GPO?

I wonder what the significance (if any) is of the phone number?

5-1225

Hadn't thought of GPO.  Always liked the 232 with ringer on bottom & little drawer that pulls out.  Real ones probably out of my price range though.  : /

Anyway, I'll take a stab at it & likely embarrass myself. ; )

Could be a...

162 or 164 handset?

Illustration (with larger area for Christmas message) of a type 10 or 12 dial?

Or considering "North Pole" to be NP5-1225 being 675-1225. Maybe it went to some kind of pre recorded message from the big guy himself

That beats dial "M" for Murder....  I just saw that one recently.

The napkin dial and handset look British to me.  As for Santa, well, he looks like Santa to me.

Uhmmm...  About that possible GPO handset and dial...  ;)

I asked my daughter where she bought the napkins. She bought them at Marshall's. Marshalls, Inc., is a chain of American and Canadian off-price department stores.
