Here is an interesting style of NY dial centers on eBay. I have seen these before. I think this style is a bit scarce.
About $6.50 delivered (not mine). The seller has multiple listings

I bought some a while back. She has had them for a while. She made me a good deal on an assortment of them. They are pretty heavy paper. Nice item.
