I have a couple of missing inserts of the type that are clear to cover the number on a touchtone or Trimline phone and in my case, a beige one that covers the screws on the Trimline cradle.  I can't find anything like them nor even a proper name to do an Ebay search.

Looks like that seller didn't know quite what to call them either, settling for 'CLEAR  PHONE  NUMBER  CARD Retainer / Cover / Protector'.

I tried using that description in a search and I drew 0 listings like my other tries.  All I come up with are plastic cased trading cards.  I know someone has a half zillion of these and they don't know what to do with them.   ;D
