Design Line number cards?

Hi!

Out of curiosity, what kind of number cards did the Design Line (especially Exeter) come with? I'm guessing the number was printed after the sale.

The later consumer sales ones sold by American Bell/AT&T had a plain white fully blank number card preinstalled, and had a sticker card sheet in the box to type your number onto using a typewriter, then peel and stick it on top of the card window.

Earlier leased sets may have had a standard number card made up at the Phone Center/Business Office but I'm not entirely sure
