Wanted to make our folding orange phone appear a ladybug.

Anyone know the make?   1970's
Black mouthpiece folded up covering the rotary dial in the somewhat rounded main part of the telephone.
(Loaned it to someone and is longone.)
The domed part was a ladybug orange, so I wanted to apply round spots cut from plastic electricians tape to make it look like a ladybug.

Thank you.  I think that is it !!   
Laterecalled the name Fold-a-fone or something.  Purchased aThe Phone Store - unaffiliated with Mountain Bell.  Years later I think Mountain Bell had a Phone Center Store where one could also pay their telephone bill.
I thoughthathe mouthpiece part was black.
Would love to have it back, apply the black spots and use it.
