Hi,everyone,
                 I won this phone on e-bay last month and paid for it that day. I received a e-mail that it would be shipped in a couple of days. Well 4weeks went by and I got a e-mail that he ( bozoisevil ) was rushed to the hospital and again it would be shipped in a couple of days. It ended up with me having to open a case with e-bay, and winning my money back from pay-pal but still wished I had this phone!   oh well maybe next time..      stub

I  had a seller who's father died.  Then he mailed it but the post office smashed it so he had to refund me the money.  Then he couldn't access his PayPal account for some reason until I filed a claim.  I must say that eBay's Buyer Protection is really helpful in these situations.
