Hi Greg - I have one of those on the wall above my 236G (my avatar pic).  I paid $40 shipped a few years back on Ebay.  It's the only sign I have; I wanted an authentic one above my payphone, and this one fit in the limited space I had available.  Mine is flat - this one looks  flat as well, correct?

I think $40 is a good price for a nice one, I think $125 is a stretch for a scratched up one.   It looked flat in the picture, so I wasn't sure "hubcap" was the right term, gut it is the same purpose as a hubcap.  Thanks for the confirmation!
