New Category - General Information

I have created a third Category titled General Information.  Under that category I have made an initial posting titled Telephone Links Information.  If you'd like to add more links, this would be the place to do it.  Just be sure the link you're adding isn't already listed on the first link provided, for the telephone collector's links list.
