I did believe this was a 1929, but the Noregian Telegrafverket has filed the diagram as 1931.
I have scanned the diagram, and added the repair, by using an almost equaly winded induction coil from an Elektrisk Bureau 1953 telephone. (Quite equal schematics to the coil in W.E. 302)

I just got a book about phones used in Oslo, and this phone was one of 2 they called S.E. 31 This one had the 3 winding coil with an anti sidetone circuit not far from the WE302.

They also had another that was a modification of the S.E.29 that was changed from a booster circuit by removing the dashed lines, and did put in the wire with an X
