Took apart the upper part of the phone, WE 302,  so that the shell is exposed.  A gasket that is under the dial might need to be replaced and since this is my first time doing this will need help in operation as well as who has this particular item.  Have included two photos of the gasket, incuding outside front as well as inside where there are three little rubber gaskets that are attached to the front piece.  Has anyone done this replacement in the past?

I replace them with three rubber grommets that you can get at a local hardware store.  The grommet size is

ID 1/4" OD 11/32" Groove Width 1/16" Hole 1/8"

I put one in each hole in the base.
