Hello.

I am looking for a WE 293 wood wall telephone in good shape. I am going to use some of my own parts to complete the phone, therefore I don't necessarily need the transmitter.

Please contact me at dinquisitive1@yahoo.com with photos and price.

Thank You

Ben....Forgive me lack of knowledge, what is the difference between a 295 and a 293?  My 295 looks exactly like your pic. My 295 works. Just curious on the difference. I also have a few 295s that are  just subsets....thanks ...Doug

Hi Doug;

I think WE 295 is the very "similar looking" subset.

I am looking for the phone(WE 293) to add to my collection.

That's right, a 293 is a wall telephone and a 295 is a subset (in this context).

Got it...thanks.

So is the Oak 293 with the patent dates more desirable than Walnut with just the Large WE decal?

I never knew the difference, but I guess I should have. One was a phone and the other a subset.

I was never good with remembering the numbers. And now memory is not my friend....Doug
