Northern Electric sure got around. I like the wiring diagram - a big improvement on the North American diagrams of that time (for me anyway).

And NE got to use a French dial - almost like home! (Apparently in Turkish, a dial is called a Kadran - like French).

What sort of switch (exchange equipment) was this telephone connected to?
