Update!!   Got another 616. I will be using it to compare the nonworking one to. Hopefully I can narrow down the issue. Using the backup 308 for now.

Just curious. Are you using a Panasonic KX-T7130 programming desk set to check out the 616 or just using a phone to check default options?

When I got my 616 from an ATCA member he included a thick looseleaf notebook with scans of everything that pertains to the unit. I believe there are wiring diagrams in there, I will check tonight and let you know.

I have tried both a reg 554 wall phone and I have 3 KX-T7030 Panasonic's also.
