I used to have a 286 computer, and it did have a version of Windows on it (2.0 I think), until I accidentally formatted the thing....  :o

I quite like old computers me, I have a couple of old laptops (Compaq, one a Contra 4/25 (486 25mhz) and the other an LTE5300 (Pentium 133mhz)), an Olivetti M4 P75 desktop, along with, my multitude of spare parts and dismantled broken laptops that I really should sell off...  :D

One thing I have wanted to try, getting back to telephones vaguely, is set up a dial up server for my old computers along with a phone system (hence the want for a Panasonic KX-T616) to act as the phone exchange, no real practical use, but it would just be for fun... :)
