You can get top class repro cord here:

http://www.abdyantiques.co.uk/

go to "spare parts for sale" on the left.

http://www.antiquetelephones.co.uk/

again click "spares"

or this ebay seller is a top bloke:

although he doesn't do all colours.

I dont know what the fixing is on the base of your ericfone, and all the 700 series cords above will have a BT PST socket on one end and a GPO grommet on the other to 4 spaded wires, you can easily strip either end off and rewire, the fixing grommet you just slice one half with a knife and slip it off.

Also the spade terminal size, if its 700-likke smaller, then you want a 700 cord, if its the slighlty lasrger 200/300 then get a cord for this type.

The grommet might tuck inside the case to make a cord restraint, I found this with my Ivory ITT hard-wired 500, the "mousehole" was a perfect fit to let the grommet tail poke through so was a perfect solution.

Another thing, I have no idea if the GPO Ericofone had a straight line cord of maybe if ti was curled (like a Trimphone) you need to look at modifying a handset cord, these are spade ended both ends so bit less work for you there, one you take the holding grommets off.

Foret that last guy, hes talking rubbish.

I'd go here:

http://www.ericofon.com/catalog/parts/cords.htm

looks like they liked the coiled lines.

On this pic of a UK Ericofon, suggests a 700 spade would be fine judging by the size of the screws.
