Looking for Northwestern Bell instruction cards 1970's CF and DTF era

I have an upper only.  Anyone have both cards or scans?

We don't have any NWB marked cards, but here are photos of some of the variations of original cards we do have.  The SWB set is probably closest to the lower being a match for the NWB card you posted.

They would have been generic in the 1970's. Same as all bell companies.
