Jan picked this up at Brimfied and being a rainy day in Boston, I decided to clean it up. I had already put the stripper on,  so today I removed the lacquer with medium and then fine steel wool. Nickel is in really nice shape with a bevelled transmitter. HC Elec Co and HC engraved on the nickel magneto. Clear Howards brought out the beautiful grain. I love the HC stuff.....Doug

Bones...I did use the citristrip, I left it on overnight. It had dried and the lacquer just peeled off with medium, steel wool. I had no idea the beautiful tiger oak was underneath as it was almost black from age. Its already up in the phone room....Doug
