Can someone please tell me why this phone is a big deal? It's cool looking but is it really that rare? Two are selling at the same time! I'm just curious.

They were relatively common pre-Touch Tone. I had no idea that WE even produced these as TT and I'd never seen one before these on eBay.

I'm hoping that paul-f shares what he knows about them.
