I just picked up a Teltone TLS 3. I can't seem to find a manual for it. I see manuals for the TLS 3A but that seems to be slightly different. Any ideas?

Yep. I located all of that same info. I also created an account to get the manual from that site. After I got it I realized it was for a 3A also.
