Cobra Pone Lynx Anybody tested it?

I just popped over this product:

It is a cellphone bluetooth to telephone line adapter. Maybe something like Xlink but no support and upgrades.

Interesting! Not too expensive.

I could hook one of my phones up with my mobile. That is, as soon as I get myself a mobile. But that is a whole other story.

But the home phones only work when the cell PCS phone is in the home, right? You walk out the door with your cell phone and the home phone system becomes inactive.

Amazon has already dropped the price $28  to $32 so it must not be selling at the original price of $60. The 1 star reviews on the Amazon site (59 of them) may explain why the price was cut.

Needless to say, but with amazon selling it at 1/2 of the original price, it must not be that good.

I still haven't gotten to try the xlink, but I am still a bit worried on call quality. Not like cell phone quality is that great to start with.
