Title: 1955 Northern Electric Ad
Post by: tallguy58 on October 28, 2014, 09:18:22 AM
I found this in the Montreal Gazette from April 1955.

Shows the resiliency of a 302 set. I especially like the drawings of what could happen to a phone on a day to day basis.

Thanks, Bill.

It's interesting that they show the number UNiversity 6-7901 on the number card.

Hii Bill:

That is a truly great one! I love these old NE ads. Reminds me of my Uniphone ads and the Collins Radio Microwave ad which mentions the 1956 PEI Ice Storm which destroyed all of our lines except for the Cherry Valley to Nova Scotia Microwave line....
