I found this phone at a local shop but can't identify it.
The only #'s I found were:
1064-13 - on bottom plate
D-56548-ASA - on ringer

Can we see photos of the bottom and inside?

Perhaps it is a custom or modified set that has been adapted for a non-phone application.

D-56548-ASA = Straight-Line Ringer w/Adjusting Wheel
Since it is equipped with a conventional ringer, it was most likely
served by a traditional telephone switch.

Any idea how to take the plastic finger wheel off? Most phones seem to have a small hole at the #9 hole where you put in a paper clip. But this one has the hole at #6. I still rotate it all the way over and press on the clip but can't seem to remove it.

I think if ypu pop out the number card it will be clear how the finger wheel is removed.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I do not think the card can be removed unless I remove the finger wheel? In fact, that is the whole idea of why I wanted to remove the wheel... to replace the card.
But I can't find any notches, or anything to remove the card.

My best suggestion is to read the above mentioned GSP, then if you still don't understand, take a small knife, and pry the card out of the retainer carefully - once you have done this, you will see the release mechanism below and understand it for the future (and then understand how you can remove the retainer without removing the card). Harry is right about this.

It is very different from the WE way of doing things, but ingenious.
