Vern Potter is alive and well

I think Vern is afraid of getting sucked into the internet. (How many times have you wasted an entire evening because you watched 1 youtube video, and then 1 more...?)
The best computer for him is one of the senior citizen types that have very limited capability. He likes dial-up because he doesn't have cable or dsl (and doesn't want them). 

The easiest way to get Vern back online is to locate a dial-up provider in SLC, after that, it is just a matter of convincing him to get a used computer.
