which board/switch I need for this Phone? please I need more information

That's a key system phone, isn't it? like 1A1, or 1A2???

try searching the TCI library for key systems info.
you will need some kind of 50 pin connectors, and a pbx to use those phones

Your AE set is made for a AE 10A2 system. Will work with WE,NE,SC,ITT-Kellogg 1A2 systems.You might need to change some ground leads.
