I got these for $20 plus $20 shipping. I just wanted easi-clean chrome finger wheels. On closer inspection once I got them there was no operator on the zero. One just had the Zero the other Zero with a Z over it.

Somewhere in my fading memory I thought no operator meant they were Canadian?

The Galions are in good shape, no chips or cracks. Only issue is they are Frequency ringers and the cords are trash.

An AE Butt set to boot.

I need Chrome retainers for these!!!

Any info on the No Operator Zero Dial plates is appreciated....Doug

Yup, these are probably Canadian, made that way so that they wouldn't have to both and English version and a French version.  These are AE, but I think NE did this only for a certain period - "operator" on the English version, just "0" on the French version.
