Western Electric Manual 302 Telephone Dated 9/25/48 Was an AA1

Here is a very cool phone, made 9/25/48 as an AA1. An AA1 was used to replace candlesticks and was empty inside and worked off of the existing subset. Refurbed by WE on 6/49 added a ringer coil and condenser and making it an H1. All dates match the 9/25/48 build except the add to make it an H1. Never seen this before. Untouched after the rebuild by WE. Original cloth cords. Like new condition. What a great piece of history!!....Doug

What is the date on the mounting cord? Cloth conductors usually indicate 1942-1945 when outside jacket is basket weave.
