MTS Payphone sign seen

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a pic of a sign I saw in a customers apartment. He said he got it at a thrift store or something for $30, and a tech who was there previously had offered him $100! If I could afford it, I would've offered him the same as he said he should've taken it. Not sure if that's what it might be worth, but it's still cool. Thanks!
