The First Rule In Selling

Everyone knows that one of the rules in selling is you try and make the price seem lower then it really is.  Had the seller listed this at $199999 it surely would have sold already but he made the mistake of listing it at $200125. No wonder it hasn't sold. (The connection to this forum topic is that Ma Bell radio on the left.)
