Thanks for the post, Greg.

It brought back memories, as it was one of the first telephony books I bought many years ago.

The section on testing is especially interesting, as it reminds us that proper attire is essential when troubleshooting receiver cords (see below).

While leafing quickly through the file, I noticed that at least two pages are missing from the scan. I've added a snapshot below.

If anyone else discovers missing pages, let me know.
