Make Offer is now default on new listings?

Even after you get past the page that asks you if you want to sell your tablet, the new eBay listing for sale system is annoying.  You need to uncheck "Let bidders send you their best offers".  Selling a similar item pretty much requires you to re-edit the listing or else you are in violation of eBay's double listing policy.
