Help with wiring? Getting staticy reception in 500

Can you see if Ive done something incoreectly here. Im getting a noisy sound quality in the phone thats more than my others.  tried a couple diff wiring configs but its still there. ANd its not the piece in the receiver, Ive switched it out and its the same thing.

Static can be coming from almost anywhere.  With 500s, I have often found static being caused by dirty connections between the contacts in the transmitter cup and the transmitter.  Static can also be coming from a bad crimp connection on many of the wires, dirty contacts in the dial, or numerous other places.
