I have this exact receiver in similar condition.  I paid $500 for mine.  Of course mine had an as-removed-from-service New England Telephone & Telegraph Company marked two-boxer with OST transmitter, and intact wax-ball lightning arrestor type ringer, and a pair of Bell System dry-cell batteries.
