Wow, I am getting sucked into this. I passed on a backwards dial on eBay that just didn't sell. I messaged the seller telling him not to throw it in the trash. Now this guy looks pretty awesome:

What is it? Does it have a ringer? What color is it supposed to be?

And I'm going to have to pass on it too because I just bought a 302 that will need some work. I'm so tempted to buy all of these! I have TOO MANY HOBBIES!

I really like that this one does not have the second set of numbers in the dial center. And it looks like the white is much rarer than the black.

Whoa, then there's this one I just saw. Very different design, and two-tone.

I have the same phone/intercom and its ivory. It does not have a ringer inside. Its an Ericssson. Like the Western Electric Ivory 302, this guyhas faded brown/yellow in areas. The shipping from Peru is a killer......Doug

That 2 tone looks like a Sieman's W48. I used to have one in a cool shade of blue.

That's Richard Rose's collection (ericofon.com). He's the local guy who has helped me with wiring issues. Here is an interesting interview with him:

The ivory telephone is made in a no of: 28.900 but the black is made in  no of: 401.710.
So you are right.

Jim,  I passed on a working clear one @ an antique show for $75. What do they go for?

Lot's more,

I am thinking at least $1,000 on Ebay.
A regular clear ericofon Is  probably worth more. I have seen ebay ranges on them from $800-$3,500. Probably $1,200-$1,800+ is a reasonable expectation for a regular ericofon at ebay.

I have already sent you a PM about the 700.
