Those Dukane phones are Austrian, and I believe that they are about the same models as were used by the Austrian PTT (or whatever it was called).  I don't believe that I have seen a red one before.  They are almost all black.

I remember DuKane mostly for their filmstrip projectors (anybody remember those?), though they were (and still are) also big into paging systems.
