Title: Where's the Energizer Bunny When You Need Him?
Post by: Fabius on August 06, 2016, 11:39:05 PM
Found on the antique radio forum. Looks like an easy restoration and the opening bid is way below new ones.

Wow, I'll send him a dozen for free plus shipping.

The expired batteries may be $2, plus $3 shipping, but the seller's description is priceless!

"FOUR (4) VINTAGE EXPIRED AA BATTERIES
DURACELL-CORRODED & EXPLODED
>>>>>>>>>>EXPIRED<<<<<<<<<<
Great science project!!!
You can find nice new batteries any-day...
But where are you going to find batteries like this?
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL GET
If you leave your Duracells in your electronics!
Only 1 of 4 did not blow up!

DON'T DO IT
(It makes it hard on the next guy to sell your stuff!!!)
NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM"

Great Science Project? Dissection or restoration?
