And the winner of Auction Contest #230 is andre_janew who with the lucky 13th entry into the contest offered the winning guess of $360.00 giving him his 6th auction contest win. One thing better than a first guess win is a guess that almost nails the selling price, both off which andre_janew did in his last win and this win, respectively. So, once again, our congratulations go out to andre_janew for another win in the CRPF Auction Contests and for moving up one rung in the Contest Standings.

This phone started at $100 and rose to $107.50 immediately. Then, it sat there at that price for 6 days. It increased to $250 about 2 hours before the auction ended and then jumped to $361 with about an hour and twenty minutes before the end. There were no last second snipes on this phone, something that greatly surprised me, so the auction ended with a big thud. Guess it ended too early in the morning for the late night snipers to show up. In the end, it was a***a ( 2315 ) who took the phone home for a very reasonable $361.50.  The auction saw 5 bidders placing bids.
