Hanging a phone with a backboard?

In particular this AE 50.  What kind of hardware was used to attach it to the wall?  I'm assuming the 4 holes with grommets are the attachment points.
The idea that a four-year degree is the only path to worthwhile knowledge is insane.

The answer I was looking for depends on the type of wall you're planning to attach it too, in this case it's sheet rock so I used some anchors for the screws, but I decided to hang my Hotel phone instead.

I usually use the plastic anchors on most any wall phone including my hotel phone, but not including a pay phone.  They are usually pretty easy to patch when removed.
