Title: Japanese Rotary Dial Number Card (Tamara Dial?)
Post by: markosjal on June 29, 2017, 01:39:47 AM
I had a client bring me an old decorator phone for restoration. The numbers under the dial were completely worn off and as this is a Japanese dial I saw little hope in finding a way to fix it.

I knew I had some other dials with numbers (1 through 0) on the number card, but none seemed that they would align very well as the spacing seemed to vary.

I found another similar Japanese dial that has the 1 - 0 numbers that did line up.

I did a lot of work in photoshop and will post the more original version (which in itself was a lot of work) with Original numbers Plus the version with cleaner numbers.
