WE 1C2 pay phone finger wheel removal tool?

This may have been covered before, but I cannot find it.  Does anyone know what tool (common or otherwise) is used to remove the finger wheel on a WE single slot 1C2 payphone?  A paper clip does not work.  It looks to be some type of "Allen" wrench.  I've tried several different sizes, and I don't want to strip it out.  I'm sure it was made very difficult to remove to prevent vandalism.

Found the BSP on this....050 allen wrench clockwise to remove!
