2003 Cortelco 500s on Ebay

Okay, I took the bait and bought one.  Came to little over 31 bucks.  When it arrives I'll do a full photo op so ya'll can see exactly what a 21st century rotary phone is built like.

The phone arrived, new in the box.  Very interesting deal, getting a 500 series new in the box, it's sure different than the usual "mess in the box" that we get off e-bay or out of antique stores. 

First impression, it's shiny.

Second impression, it's light.

Third impression, it's not made nearly as well as the old Western Electric 500s, but it is more sturdy than any other recent made phone I've handled of late.
