Is there a date (clock) on the handset handle? I haven't seen any with "Bell System Property Not For Sale" before 1968. Also, there should be a date on the housing and H4CJ handset cord

Okay, this outta answer ALL questions so I don't have to be running back and forth to the shop with my camera.

Handset cord - H4CJ 13-0 73
Handset - C 72
Main Housing - C 67
Dial 9H-60 2-67
Base plate (inside and out) F 558 2-67
Ringer - I 67
Network - 3-66

Okay, it seems the handset and cord where replace in the 70's, not out of the ordinary as far as I'm concerned.
