Mystery F1

I picked up this alleged "F1" to put together an AE Crouse Hinds ETDA-20 I'm working on and it's not what I expected. The Ebay listing said F1 but its marked H-402 with a date of 3-59. It's a lot rounder than the grooved F1 I have. No WE or Bell markings. I'm wondering if anyone has any info on it.

WE made F1 handsets. That is not a WE handset.

Others will know better if it's a Connecticut or North.
