Just won this sucker on eBay:

It should come in handy for testing/demonstration purposes.  It was used to train people how to operate telephones.  It generates a dial tone and ring.  Loads of fun for the whole family!!!

What all can you do with the Tele-trainer, Sarge?  I've never heard of one before.
Pretty nifty.

You hook two telephones up to the unit, and it simulates actual telephone sounds, dial tone, ringback, busy signal, etc.  One phone can call the other, which makes it great for testing.  They were loaned by Bell System companies to schools to teach kids how to use phones.

Sargeguy, that's an incredible deal.  These normally go for a LOT more than this.  You're a lucky guy!  I saw it, but didn't even bother watching it because I figured it would go for more than I could afford.  Had I known... you'd have had competition!

This is where my "bid low-bid early" policy worked for me.  I bid the minimum, but never made it back to place another bid.  I was shocked I won it for that much.  The last two I bid on went for $75-100.
