I have never seen one of these before and I have been around the block a few times. This was covered with paint and other "stuff" and I think that is why it went so low. Just snaps on a North base (or a WE with a little modification). I love to work on bakelite as it came out great. I purchased it from long time collector, Jim Engle who is a great guy. Any one ever see one of these before?....Doug
