WE 302??

I'm a newbie no exspurt but this does not look like a 302 to me more a Kellog or AE maybe?

It looks like a 302.  The F1W handset indicates the handset was made by Western Electric for a smaller, non Bell System phone company.  Notice it reads "Western Electric Company" but not Bell System on the handset.

Definitely a 302.

I don't know Kellogg telephones, but the AE equivalent to the 302, the model 40, looks quite a bit different inside and outside.

I'll chime in with my 2 cents.

If you notice the finger stop on the dial, it's at 4 O'Clock.  Typically an AE dial is at 5 O'Clock.  My vote is WE 302 as well.
