Tiny designation strip windows--can anyone identify their phone?

I found these two little windows amongst keyset items.  They are less than 1/4 inch high and 1/2 inch and 1 1/8 inch wide.  They have tabs on the sides and boxed edges unlike other designation strip plastics which are flatter covers.  I don't  know for sure if they come from a phone but if they do, I could image them going missing pretty easily so that someone might need one. thanks for any help JC

I can't think of a  US phone that used anything like that. I think the Russian office phone may have windows like that. Can you post some more pictures, different angle, maybe on a plain background?

I will have to dig out my Russian phone, I am not sure but they do look similar IIRC.
