It is just not a matter of collecting phones. You have to make them look pretty and useful again.

Hey,  that's right before Christmas, time to pick up some presents for myself.

Count me in.

That's almost in my back yard.

Russ;
you must have a great big back yard.

Well,  San Jose was only a few miles from my house until I moved to SoCal.

I could not go to the show because my daughter is visiting this weekend.  Sorry guys,  a visit from her trumps a far away phone show any day!

But I will be at the SoCal/Brea show in the Spring.

I had a great time at the show. I got to meet Remco ;D. I only bought one phone, but it was a good one. It was a 5302 for only $15! I also got a handset for my payphone. My friend Marc bought a Stromberg Carlson 1543 and a Gallion.

Did they re-open Roseville?  I thought it was shut down.  Years ago, when I lived outside of Sacramento in Orangevale, I was on the Roseville Telephone Company.  Probably about 1975 to 1978.

I'll be there in 2011.   Y'all are having one this year, yes?

Re. Roseville:  I think it was bought by one of the national "independents," don't recall which one.  I had a PBX client in Roseville @ 2003 or 2004, and per usual I make the arrangements with the telco for their outside lines.   The folks who I spoke with were smart, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job for the client.
