Title: Ivory Automatic Electric AE 50 auction
Post by: zenithchromacolor on March 26, 2019, 08:47:20 PM
This looks like it was a good deal for somebody. I thought of bidding but it was a long way to pick it up and I didn't trust them to ship it. I expected it to sell for more.

Good to know it wasn't a "real" ivory phone.

Note that the price was $45 + a 20% buyers premium. Many of the online auctions charge a buyers premium. Also, many of the auction companies on that site will ship, but sometimes charge very high "packing / handling" costs in addition to the actual shipping cost.
